Frosty Frosting

Winter weddings are truly unique. The warmer months of the year (which are few and far between in the great, white north) tend to be a more popular preference when it comes to tying the knot for most couples. Often brides and grooms want to have their ceremony and/or reception outdoors, which in almost all parts of Canada would prove to be impossible during the winter, thus making the seasons of summer and fall the obvious choice.

But there are some people who see winter as an opportunity to do something wonderfully special when it comes their big day, like our very own (and oh so fabulous) bride A! She has an eye for style and a knack for flair, and it's no surprise that she dares to be different when it comes to creating a winter wonderland that will surely inhabit the beauty of a life-size snow globe (without the cheesy snowman).

In honour of A and her February wedding, I'd like to share some creatively stunning cake creations, found on Pinterest, that pay tribute to the snowy season;
